Return & Refund Policy
At Concept Automotive Pakistan, we are committed to providing high-quality Automotive chemical products. Due to the sensitive, hazardous, and purity-critical nature of chemical products, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our stock.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.
General Return Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following specific circumstances:
- Damaged/Leaked Goods: The product arrived broken, leaking, or the packaging was severely compromised during transit.
- Incorrect Item: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong quantity, or wrong item entirely).
- Expired Products: The product received has passed its expiration date.
Note: You must report these issues within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Reports made after this window will not be entertained.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or Unsealed Containers: Once the safety seal is broken, we cannot guarantee purity, and therefore cannot accept the return.
- Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer need the item or ordered the wrong item by mistake (unless the order has not yet shipped).
- Custom Formulations: Special blends or bulk orders prepared specifically for you.
The Return Process
If your item is eligible for a return (based on Section 1), please follow these steps:
- Document the Issue: Immediately take clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging, leakage, or the wrong label. Do not discard the packaging.
- Contact Us: Send the evidence along with your Order ID to info@concept-pk.com or WhatsApp us at +923334858304.
- Approval: Our technical team will review the evidence.
Resolution:
- For Leaks/Damage: We will usually ship a replacement immediately without asking you to return the dangerous leaked goods.
- For Wrong Items: We will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partner (e.g., Leopards/TCS) or guide you on how to safely ship it back.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.
Payment Method: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after the claim is approved.
Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier.
Once the "Dispatched" notification is sent, the order cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery at the doorstep (for COD orders) without a valid reason, we reserve the right to ban your account from future purchases.
Safety Warning
Do not attempt to ship hazardous chemicals back to us without our explicit instructions. Many courier services in Pakistan (TCS, Leopards, Trax) have strict rules against carrying undeclared chemicals. Attempting to ship leaking or hazardous materials without proper declaration can lead to legal liability.
